Geranium Johnsons Blue simply known as Geranium is a stunning, clump forming perennial with deeply lobed mid green leaves, in May all the way through until August it produces wonderful clusters of blue/lavender coloured flowers which become lighter in the centre. Often planted for its low growth habit, used as ground cover, a great underplanting perennial and can even be planted in containers where it can be moved when and if you require. A little beauty!
Geranium Johnsons Blue care
The Geranium Johnsons Blue loves sunny, partially shaded locations with moist, well drained soils. Coping in almost any soil but waterlogged. In mid-summer it is recommended to remove any flowered stems and old, tired leaves to encourage a more healthy growth. Occasionally you may be required to lift and divide colonies to prevent overcrowding and this should be done in spring.
