Eryngium Bourgatii Picos Amethyst , also known as the ‘Sea Holly Picos Amethyst’, is a striking compact perennial plant that is native to Mediterranean regions. It is known for its spiky, silvery-blue leaves and cone shaped flower heads with narrow, spiny, usually silvery-blue or violet bracts. The plant typically grows between 30-60 cm in height, and produces a striking display of flowers in the Summer.
