Pittosporum Tenuifolium Golf Ball commonly known as Kohuhu is a compact, bushy evergreen shrub which has black stems and oval shaped bright green leaves, glossy looking, reflecting the sun wonderfully. The Pittosporum is mainly grown for it foliage colour and flowers are just an added bonus!

Often planted in groups to create a light coloured hedging and screening plant which can add dense privacy to the edge of a garden. Further planted in beds and borders, low maintenance settings and wall side planting.

Pittosporum Tenuifolium Golf Ball care

Plant the Pittosporum Tenuifolium Golf Ball in a sunny, partially shaded area of the garden with moist, well drained soil where it will thrive. A very easy to grow shrub for both beginner and expert gardeners alike requiring minimal pruning. You may want to lightly prune in spring to shape the plant although this will come naturally to most Pittosporums and apply a generous amount of mulch to the base which it loves!
