This hardy shrub can suit a variety of planting locations, garden types and planting schemes making a good all round garden plant and a good low maintenance garden plant.

The Philadelphus Manteau D ‘Hermine’ will thrive in full sun, partial shade with moist well drained soils. In spring we would recommend to apply a generous amount of mulch to the based of the plant. Pruning in summer months as soon as the plant has finished flowering, pruning one of the 4 older stems back to ground level.
