Lonicera Lemon Beauty, commonly known as Honeysuckle Lemon Beauty is a bushy evergreen shrub which has long arching stems with small, oval shaped green leaves with yellow margins and a glossy look. In January, February and March the Lonicera Lemon Beauty bears small creamy white flowers across the plant which adds extra interest on top of the foliage, closely followed by pale purple berries.
A good hardy shrub that can be planted almost anywhere in the garden, often used as a low growing hedge or screening plant and can be grown as ground cover. Suitable for a variety of garden types including coastal and city gardens makes it a perfect all round garden plant. Can be grown in containers which means it can be grown on a balcony or non grassed garden.

The Lonicera Lemon Beauty thrives in a sunny, partially shaded area of the garden which has moist, well drained soils. The leaf colour is known to be best in full sun, although will tolerate light shade. Generally pest free and some pruning required makes the Lonicera a good plant for beginners and expert gardeners alike. If grown as hedging or topiary, clip to your desired shaped in spring time. Otherwise just cut back any dead or damaged branches to encourage a more bushy, healthy growth.
