Ligularia Przewalskii, commonly known as Przewalskis golden ray is a clump forming herbaceous perennial with erect, dark black stems with palmately cut, jagged lobed mid green leaves. In the months from July to September the Ligularia Przewalskii blooms racemes of small yellow flowerheads creating extra colour across the plant in the summer season. Often planted in flower beds and borders and suiting well cottage garden types.

Plant the Ligularia Przewalskii in a sunny, sheltered area of the garden with moist, well drained soil where it will thrive. Generally disease free and only requiring some pruning makes the Ligularia an easy to grow, suitable plant for gardeners of all abilities. Simply cut back once flowered to encourage healthy blooms in the following seasons.
