Leycesteria Formosa Golden Lanterns, commonly known as Golden Leaved Pheasant Berry is an upright deciduous shrub with heart shaped leaves coloured a wonderful golden yellow colour. In the months of June through to September the Leycesteria Formosa Golden Lanterns bloom pendulous white flower racemes with Burgundy coloured bracts, closely followed by red berries.

Recommended planted locations include a wide variety of planting schemes and garden types, looking extremely good in flower beds and borders, woodland schemes and low maintenance gardens.
