Iris Pseudacorous Mellow Yellow, commonly known as Yellow Flag Iris is a beautiful herbaceous, clump forming perennial with almost upright, narrow, strap like leaves which are a bright lime green and yellow colour. In the summer months the leaves are known to turn into a darker green. In June to August the Iris Pseudacorous Mellow Yellow bears tall erect stems with pale yellow coloured flowers. This is a superb perennial plant that suits a variety of planting locations and loves a boggy, pond side area.
