Geranium Phaeum Album, commonly known as dusky cranesbill is an easy to grow, upright perennial which has deeply lobed mid green leaves which have strong purple blotches across the centre. In May and June the Geranium Phaeum Album has small white flowers with golden yellow centres. Known to be wildlife friendly.
A good ground cover plant, known for its weed suppressing qualities, often planted in flower beds and borders or underplanting of trees and roses, whilst suiting almost all planting schemes.
Geranium Phaeum Album care
Plant the Geranium Phaeum Album in a sunny, partially shaded location with moist well drained soils. This Geranium copes in mostly all soil types apart from waterlogged. Cut back any flower stems and dead or tired foliage in mid summer to encourage healthy bushy growth.
