The Acanthus Mollis more commonly known as Bear’s Breech is a vigorous, herbaceous perennial with large dark green, pinnately lobed leaves of glossy finish. A great perennial for structural element.
In the months of July to August the Acanthus Mollis bears wonderful tall spires of eye catching white flowers with light purple bracts creating a great two-tone effect. The flowers can be also be used in dried and fresh flower arrangements.
