Buddleja Pink Pagoda, commonly known as Butterfly bush is a bushy spreading, deciduous shrub with graceful young stems and these lovely mid green, silvery grey leaves. In June through to August the Buddleja Pink Pagoda produces these beautiful narrow, conical spikes of light pink, scented flowers, firm favourites with butterflies and insects, hence the common name Butterfly Bush.
A perfect shrub often planted as a specimen plant, can also be planted in flower beds and flower borders and low maintenance, wildlife gardens.
Buddleja Pink Pagoda care
The Buddleja Pink Pagoda thrives in any sunny, partially shaded locations with well drained soil. Often disease free and requiring little pruning. We would prune hard in March which will encourage vigorous growth and better yield in the next flowering period. A lovely garden plant that adds that much needed colour.
